Fat Head Pizza Dough

Fat Head Pizza Dough

Fat Head Dough Pizza that is Gluten-free.
Fat Head Dough Pizza Crust / Gluten Free / Carnivore / Animal Based / Low Carb / Keto

This is a gluten-free recipe. There is no almond flour. This is strictly carnivore or Animal Based if you use low carb pizza sauce. It’s a great option for people who are on carnivore, animal based or keto.

The ingredient you will need are:

1 Cup of Pork Rhine Panko.
2 Cups Mozzarella cheese shredded.
1 Egg.
2 ounces of Cream cheese (softened).
Large mixing bowl.
2 sheets of large parchment paper.
Pizza baking pan.
Rolling pin.
Large dinner plate.
Non latex gloves (optional).

In the mixing bowl crack open the egg. Add the 2 cups of mozzarella shredded cheese.
Add the one cup of pork Panko.
Then last add the 2 ounces of softened cream cheese.
With your hands start mixing all the ingredients in the large bowl working the ingredients into each other. Make sure and keep working the dough until everything is thoroughly mixed and work it into a ball , about the size of a softball.
Place the ball of dough on the center of the parchment paper.
Place the other sheet of parchment paper on top of the ball of dough.

With your rolling pin, start rolling out the dough that is between the two pieces of parchment paper. A good tip is to roll evenly and turn your rolling pin as you go so that you make a complete circle several times.

This will make about a 10 inch pizza crust depending on how thick you want your crust.

When the dough is flattened out, slowly peel off the top layer of parchment paper. The dough is gonna look a little crazy and jagged at this point. Take a large round diner plate and set it face down over the center of the pizza crust. Cut off the edges that go past the plate edge. Remove the plate and add the edges you just removed to the center of the crust. Lay the parchment paper back over the crust and use the rolling pin to smooth out the center towards the edges.
Then remove the top parchment paper again.
You can clean up the edges if the crust is not in a circle.
Slide the pizza crust still on the bottom parchment paper onto your pizza baking pan.
Preheat oven to 450°.
Place the pizza pan with the pizza dough on the parchment paper and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes on hot pad or rack. When cool to the touch slide the pizza pan out from under the pizza crust slowly.
Lay a clean piece of parchment paper over the pizza crust. Then lay the pizza pan face down over the crust. Grab the edge of the parchment paper and pull it off into your bottom hand while your top hand is on the pizza pan and flip over. Throw away the parchment paper that was on the bottom.
Watch the attached YouTube video for a demonstration.
Now with the crunchy side of the pizza crust facing up, add your favorite sauce.

Add Rao’s pizza sauce for Animal Based or Alfredo sauce for Carnivore and your favorite toppings that fits your diet.

Mozzarella cheese or any cheese of your choice on top of your toppings.

Put back in the oven and turn to broil.
When the cheese is bubbling and starting to brown, your pizza is ready.

Let it cool for a couple of minutes before cutting with a pizza cutter.
I hope you enjoyed this carnivore dough recipe. It is crispy and delicious. If you want a thicker crust, then just double this recipe and keep the pizza about the same size.
This one the whole family will love!
